Seb Webber
Sebastian "Seb" Webber is a Los Angeles-based English music industry executive at Red Light Management. He founded CrowdSurge, a ticket management company. He was named as one of ''Billboard's'' "30 Under 30" in 2010, and is a member of the American Association of Independent Music. Webber is the creative director for TIDAL. 〔 ==Early life== When he left school in London at 17, Webber was torn between the music industry and gaining a degree. Working as a disc jockey, he started putting on FONO nights (''For One Night Only'') around London, an event that combined a two-hour set from a live indie rock music band, followed by two-hours of house music played by Webber as DJ.〔 He also struck up a friendship with BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe, with Webber resultantly becoming Lowe's opening act. Aged 18 he started the University of Westminsters' Commercial Music course, but shortly afterwards was offered the position of intern at XL Recordings by owner Richard Russell. Webber decided to combine both over the following three years.〔
